Auction Titans Real Property Analysis  is deemed reliable but not guaranteed or Certified. It is NOT or intended to be Title Insurance.  Real Property Analysis Compensation programs vary per product Agreement Contract. Commissions are dependent on scope of service. Some clients may need to  sign a auctiontitans.com or assignee Agreement before services are rendered.

  7. AuctionTitans.com Full-Service Program.

​

Full-Service program includes, Assisting client in picking potential Real Auction Purchases, Bidding Assistance, Legal Referral, and Property Renovation Team Referral. AuctionTitans.com and Assignee's Commission for the Full-Service Program is dependent on scope of service.  Please note: Attorney Fees, Recording and Court Cost, Inspection Fees, Municipality Violations and Lien Cost, and Potential Renovation Cost is NOT INCLUDED  in the commission.  Client % Profit  from Full service program is not guaranteed. Full-Service program requires a retainer, before services are rendered. Retainer is refundable withing 3 business days of from signing of contract, if Auction Titans ha not purchased a foreclosure for client.

 8. Bidding & Buying.

​

Auction Titans or Assignees will do all the bidding and buying for clients. Client will pick County, price range, type of property and other preferences. Auction Titans will make picks and bid on properties that fit client needs. Auction Titans will need to log in to Clients RealAuction.com account to do the bidding as their representative. Auction Titans will not release potential pick information to client, before auction. Client will only be notified after after a successful win @ auction. Certificate of Sale and Title will be issued by clerk to  clients name or company registered with RealAuctio.com.

  8. Tutorial, Mentoring & Referral Program.

​

Auction titans Tutorial and Mentoring Program is for educational purposes only. We are professional Auctions Buyers, not Attorney's. We advise you to use the advice of an Attorney when legal remedy or court representation is needed. The Referral Program is geared for those who are not experienced in property analysis, auction bidding and buying. Compensation for referral program varies. A separate agreement may be warranted before referral compensation is paid. A referral is only applicable, if referred client enters into Auction Titans Full-Service Program. Client profit is not guaranteed. There is no refund after associate is in receipt of Tutorial Program via email.

 

  9. Limitation of liability.

In no event shall auction titans.com, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract,  or otherwise, and auctiontitans.com, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

10. Objection of Sale.

​

In the event Auction Titans wins an auction for client and an objection to the sale is granted. Client should get a full refund from the court. The deposit and, or payment to Auction Titans is non refundable. Payment will be applied to the purchase of a future property or properties.

  11. Refusal of Service.

​

The term “Client” on Auctiontitans.com refers to any individual or company wanting to engage in business with AuctionTitans.com or any of its affiliates. Auctiontitans.com and all or any of its affiliates has the right to refuse a client’s proposal or business at our discretion.

  12. Contracts and Commissions.

​

Auctiontitans.com and assignee commissions and compensation varies per product contract. Commissions are dependent on scope of service. Some clients may need to  sign auctiontitans.com or assignee contract before services are rendered. 

 

  13. For Sale By Owner.

​

AuctionTitans.com or its assignee's will not make a cash offer on all "For Sale By Owner" applicants. A cash offer may be made by A.T. assignee.  If a Cash Offer is made,  Applicants have the right to not accept AuctionTitans.com or assignee's offer.

  14. Severability.

​

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceable or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid, and  such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

 

  15. Variation of Terms.

Auctiontitans.com is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website.

  16. Assignment.

Auctiontitans.com shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
